1. General Information

Tarım Asistanı AI is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help users manage agricultural processes more efficiently. It is provided by KICIRLAR GROUP E-TİCARET TARIM HAYVANCILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. This policy explains the personal data processed through the application and website.

2. Data That May Be Collected

Account and profile information (name, surname, email and optional phone), fields and crops, inventory, customer, personnel and accounting records, chats, plant photos and symptoms, receipt images, notification token, subscription status, and app usage/technical data may be processed. Precise location is processed only with permission; analytics providers may derive approximate location from the IP address.

3. Purposes of Data Use

Data is used for account creation and security, application features, plant-health analysis, agricultural and business records, subscription entitlement verification, notifications, error and performance analysis, support, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase provides authentication, database, file storage, and Edge Functions. Google Firebase Analytics, Firebase Installations, and Firebase Cloud Messaging provide usage measurement, installation identifiers, and notifications. The app does not set email or phone as a Firebase Analytics user identifier. Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit provide purchase and subscription verification.

When plant analysis is requested, the photo, symptoms, crop name, and language are sent through a Supabase Edge Function to OpenRouter and the selected AI model provider solely to generate the analysis. Provider and retention conditions may vary by the selected model and account settings. User email and phone are not added to the analysis request.

5. Data Retention and Security

Data is retained only as needed to provide the service and is protected in transit by HTTPS/TLS. Account, profile, and personal workspace data are deleted when the account is deleted. The minimum app-store purchase/subscription record required for law, accounting, payment disputes, or fraud prevention may be retained for the required period after separation from the user account.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data and may request the deletion of their account. Deletion can be started in Settings → Delete Account in the app or from the publicly available Delete Account page.
