How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your Tarım Asistanı AI account and associated personal data, delete it directly in the app or use the request link below if you cannot access the app. You do not need to reinstall the app.

In the app

Home → Settings → Delete Account → Delete. After confirmation, your account and deletable associated data are permanently removed.

Request on the web

This link opens a prepared email where you can provide the email address registered to your account. The request is processed after account ownership is verified.

What to Include in Your Request

Include only your registered email address and the phrase “Tarım Asistanı AI account deletion request.” We may verify ownership of the email address. Do not send a password, payment card, or identity document.

Data That Is Deleted

Authentication account, profile and contact information, device notification token, personal workspace fields and products, inventory, customers, notes, chats, user-provided content, and related application data are deleted.

Data That May Need to Be Retained

The minimum portion of app-store purchase and subscription transaction records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, payment disputes, or accounting may be retained for the required period after being separated from the user account. Records belonging to other members of a shared company workspace are not deleted; the deleted user's membership and personal links are removed.

Company Ownership and Subscriptions

If you are the sole owner of a company that has other members, transfer ownership before deleting your account. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in the store's Subscriptions section.
